CHRISTMAS IN THE DEPOT

Celebrate the season at CHRISTMAS IN THE DEPOT in the Historic Richmond Depot District on Saturday, December 21st from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A highlight of activities will include Santa and Mrs. Claus, Free Children’s Books, Free Carriage Rides, the Hot Chocolate Showdown, Live Music through out the Depot, including High School Bands and Orchestra players, and much more.
And for those 21 and over, "Sleighbells & Cocktails" will be happening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. beginning at the Cordial Cork, Tickets ($25 each) are available at The Cordial Cork!

FAMILY ACTIVITIES
Saturday, December 21st
Visit Santa at the Two Sisters Bookstore - Santa, Mrs Claus and friends will be passing out free books to all the kids. Books are sponsored by Every Child Can Read.
UEA Presents the Trolley Carriage Rides around the Depot District - Enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride around the Depot District.
Depot Building - In the Grand Hall will be vendors, Journey Yoga’s plank contest, and the selfie station by Kicks 96.
Human Snow Globe at Ullery’s Ice Cream - Step into a winter wonderland with the Human Snow Globe at Ullery’s Ice Cream! Don’t miss this unique photo and selfie opportunity to capture the magic of the season.
Letters to Santa - Write your letter to Santa at Paint The Towne, accompanied by cheerful Christmas Elves! This event is presented in partnership with Birth to Five, spreading holiday joy to the community.
A Visit from Buzz and Tina - Joining the Christmas in the Depot will be Brighter Path and their adorable mini-horses! Don't miss this unique and heartwarming addition to the holiday fun.
Paint the Towne - Experience the magic of A Christmas Story at "Paint the Towne"! Enjoy photos with characters, a free kids' craft, festive music, and popcorn in this holiday-themed event.
Ullery’s Ice Cream - Children 12 and under can create a Snow Globe or Snow Flake craft and add it to our Winter Wonderland Wall to receive a FREE cone or bowl of ice cream AND receive a coupon for a FREE cone or bowl for next year Jan - March!
Holiday Music - RHS Drumline and RHS Orchestra playing throughout the Depot District!
HOT CHOCOLATE SHOWDOWN!
Who will take home the GOLDEN CUP? The Hot Chocolate Showdown will take place during the CHRISTMAS IN THE DEPOT. Stop be the following locations to sample Hot Chocolate and after visiting all the locations, vote for your favorite!

For those 21 and over, don’t miss "Sleighbells & Cocktails" from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., starting at the Cordial Cork! Enjoy adult beverages, sweet treats, and "Minute to Win It" games as you tour the Depot District including stops: Cordial Cork, Lisa Cakes, Firehouse, Little Sheba's, and Ullery's Ice Cream. Tickets ($25 each) are available at The Cordial Cork!

Christmas Train Fantasyland - (Dec. 7th, 14th, 21st from noon - 4pm.) In the Richmond Furniture Gallery, discover the magic of trains! The Richmond Area Railroaders are back with their beautiful Christmas Train Fantasyland. Your entire family will enjoy watching the amazing model trains! Free!
Christmas at the Museum - At the Model T Musem, from now until mid-Janary. Each gallery will have a unique tree and decorations and in the main showroom! Christmas at the Museum is free with paid admission. We’re open 10-4 on Saturdays.
