Abilities Richmond Inc
About: Abilities Richmond Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit profit based out of Indiana. We are a Medicaid Waiver Service Provider and offer a facility based day service to individuals with developmental disabilities. We understand the difficulties associated with finding QUALITY CARE for a disabled loved one. Abilities was founded in 2009 by Tami Johnson (founder/executive director) who's oldest son, Matthew, has Down Syndrome. She saw a need for a program for him after he graduated high school, and wanted to create Abilities to meet the needs for him, and others in the community.
Now a Medicaid Waiver Service Provider with the State of Indiana, our purpose is to enable you and your family to care for your loved one by offering a blend of services that are family, individual and extended-family centered while focused on personal preference and informed choice.
